You're responsible for safeguarding your login. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to use ProductMagic.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload images you don't have rights to, generate content that infringes IP, or attempt to disrupt the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.
4. Content & License
You retain all rights to images you upload. Images you generate are yours to use commercially under any active paid plan. Free plan generations are licensed for personal and small-commercial use.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard with no questions asked. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to deliver studio-quality results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance.
